My boyfriend then/fiancee now bought me this ring for Christmas a couple years ago from The Three Graces/Georgian Jewelry. I have worn it exactly once. ;( It's too big on my little fingers..and quite honestly..not my style. At all. He was so proud of his purchase (that also included a ring I loooove) and I didn't have the heart to tell him. Now, after sitting in my jewelry box for a couple years, he has noticed I don't wear it..knows it's not my style..and is okay with me parting with it. Lol I am very willing to discuss price..but would like to get at least $1200 for it. If I am way off base, I won't be offended being told so. And it is a size 5!

This is the verbiage directly from the website where he purchased it.

"On Sale! Fab Price Reduced From $2450! Sale Ends December 28th.
Tanzanite is a relatively newly discovered gem (1967) mined only from the hills of the state of Tanzania in East Africa. This tantalizing stone was hailed as “the gemstone of the twentieth century”. No wonder as its deep blue color which can range from blue-violet to ultramarine blue with hints of purple.

A magnetic 1.0 carat oval tanzanite draws you in with its enticing blue-violet color prong set within a marvelous mount of 18k white gold. The saturation of color immersed against a “background” of forty-six round brilliant diamonds (with a total estimated diamond weight of 1 carat) creates an unbelievable chromatic for the tanzanite gem.

Diamonds galore in bands crisscrossed and capturing the magical stone with a diamond-studded embrace. Only this seamlessly transition from diamond encrusted shoulders to a gently tapering band does justice to such an open and pierced mount."

To show better details, below is the photo from the website where he purchased it.

Your listing doesn't include a price or ring size...

I'm sorry! I edited it to include a price and the size!

Am I blind? I am still not seeing the price...

Me either. I figure she still has a subconscious attachment and really doesn't want to sell. :wink2:

I had edited it to say I'd like to get $1200 for it, BUT, just edited it to something lower. $800 I realize that I have no idea what the price point should be, the fiancee can't remember what he paid for it (not surprising..lol) ..and I know that you never really get what you paid for when re-selling jewelry. LOL SO.....if I could get $800 for it, I'd be happier than I am knowing it is sitting in my jewelry box collecting dust.

Well, now I don't see the edit button on my initial post...so.....I'm asking $800. :-)

Aaandd...it's a size 5 in case you can't see that edit version, either!

(I haven't had my coffee yet. I am SO sorry about all the replies. I have edited the Loupe Troop listing to reflect price, if that's what you meant.)

It won't let me edit the title to say SOLD - but it's sold!
