Well, karma worked fast this morning
I''m so sorry if this sounds mean, but the events that happened right before lunch really brightened my day!!! Here''s what happened: That jerky guy was playing a few April Fool''s Day jokes on people this morning. He got the "bright idea"
that it would be funny if he handed in a letter of resignation to his boss (who his one of the vice-pres.). His boss is pretty cool and laid back, so the jerky guy thought it would be fun. The jerky guy talked someone else into handing in a faux resignation, too, to further the joke. Well, the other guy went first and decided to tell the boss what was going on.
He then asked their boss to play along, so that when the jerky guy came in with his letter of resignation the boss would take it seriously. The boss was brilliant!!!!!!! When the jerky guy came in and handed him the letter, the boss pretended to take it so seriously!!
He practically had the guy start to pack up his things! The boss was something like, "Good luck in your future endeavors. You are no longer an employee here." B.S. like that!! The boss finally told the jerky guy a little while later "April Fool''s" and that the other employee had given him a head''s up. Oh, it was classic! You should have seen the guy''s face
That whole $1 situation is forgotten from my mind. A stunt like that is priceless!!!
