I am really irritated with my friends who cannot RSVP on time. This is not even for my wedding (yet), it was for my shower (I had to track people down for the party-giver) and now my bachelorette party. My sister is calling all these people because she is throwing the party, but REALLY! I know these people know if they are coming or not, why is it so hard to make the phone call?!?!

I hear you. Blair -- as someone who always RSVPs right away (to everything!), I can''t understand why some people just can''t seem to do something so simple!
Sorry you have to hunt them down. I would take secret pleasure in sending them quick one-liner emails saying something to the effect of "gee, the hostess hasn''t heard from you yet...can you please let her know if you''ll be coming ASAP as she''s waiting to hear from you?". Maybe that will rub it in a little...

That sucks! It totally drives me insane that grown adults can''t pick up the phone or type an email to RSVP, makes me wonder how they will be able to get dressed and drive themselves to the freakin wedding!!!

Thanks ladies, most of the people who didn''t RSVP to my shower are the ones who didn''t RSVP to the b-party either. I am just like you Wyndham I RSVP RIGHT AWAY. And if something comes up, ALWAYS by the RSVP date...

Friends? Pfft try family members..people in the wedding..and friends!!! Don't even get me started! The wedding AND the shower. So many wasted stamps and invites, so much money!
