Hello!

I'm trying to purchase my first tennis bracelet from WF. I am debating between the two styles below- classic and timeless.
1. Can anyone share any experiences with these two different clasps? Would the clasp on "timeless" be more secure? Does the "classic" clasp hook onto your clothes?
2. Since these styles are pretty similar, which style would you pick, and why? I'm also trying to understand the differences between these two (ie how it sits on your wrist and how it looks in real life). If anyone has any photos to share that would be super helpful :)

Thank you so much!

I like the look of the "Timeless" style better. The diamonds stay round, if that makes sense. I feel like the clasp on the "Classic" might be more secure though.

The clasp on the classic has a safety catch in addition to the box clasp which makes it more secure. I have two safety catches on both sides of my box clasp.

The timeless is more appealing to me as it looks rounder and less boxy.

Personally, I opted for a bezel-set tennis bracelet.

So agree with these points!

@double_double, I'm also looking to have a tennis bracelet made soon but bezel-set and with moissanites only. I ordered some CZ bracelets and posted more photos here. My CZ bracelets are similar to the "Classic" style and they indeed look very boxy in real life.

It is my understanding that WF will let you select which ever clasp you prefer, so if you like one style bracelet, but the other style clasp, just ask them if you can combine the two.

I feel the clasp on the Timeless is more secure. I have the same on my 3-prong bracelet from Whiteflash. The safety latch has never come unhooked since it wraps under the bracelet. It is challenging every so often unhooking and I do feel like I am twisting the bracelet when unhooking the safety. I've had it for about 10 years and put it on and take it off daily and it is fine so I'm not worried about it yet.

I've had clasps similar to the Classic and the safety often snagged and came unhooked. Also, the safety had to be squeezed often to hold secure.

I prefer the look of the Timeless as I like the round shape of the diamonds. In addition, it appears to have a lower profile which I also find desireable.

Oops, I missed the wrap under safety feature in the Timeless clasp, sorry!

I shall correct my initial post by saying both types of clasps are secure due to their respective safety features in addition to the tongue and box clasps.

I actually asked them already about the clasp and they said they cannot switch the clasp :( but thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences! I was afraid the “classic” clasp would hook onto my sweater or clothes, good to know the “timeless clasp” is pretty secure. I like that clasp more too, and I don’t plan on taking it off everyday so might be a good option to go for :D

Thank you for your input!!! I was just worried the “classic” clasp would open easily, but I guess not :D

I definitely prefer the look of the timeless bracelet - love to see the round shape of the diamonds!

I have a classic style (purchased pre-PS) and wish I had a timeless style one. I like how the diamonds are differentiated in the timeless style.

I feel that classic setting works better for diamonds of 0.20ct & above while timeless works well for all sizes.
I personally like a continuous line of sparkles hence opted for classic. That’s just me.

So beautiful! Did you like the boxy look?

It's not to my taste. I can see what other's say though, that the boxy style makes it look like one continuous line of diamonds... but personally, I prefer to see the round shape of the diamonds more. That's why I will likely go with bezel-set. :)

It definitely is just personal preference. Certainly some people prefer the classic line bracelet of continuous diamonds. One thing about the Timeless design is that it is slightly lower than the classic, and that is the main factor that would make me choose it.

Hi! what do you mean by it’s slight lower? thank you!

ohhhh I get it now! thank you for explaining!!!

Height of settings, as in how high they sit on the finger/wrist etc., is very personal.

I like mine set as low as possible, as I am heavy on my hands.

The only high ones I have are pearl rings, except for the Sea of Cortez mabe ring.
