Tennis Necklace Pointer Size / Pics

Hi ladies,

I'm hoping to gather some photos in this thread of your tennis / eternity necklaces to get a feel for pointer size and impact on the neck.

This is my next purchase and I'm trying to gauge the price point to set aside. Right now I'm thinking a 5 pointer 15.5 inch tennis necklace is along the lines of what I'd want (for standalone or layering) but it is unclear what this comes out to in terms of tcw. Has anyone ever gotten a quote from Whiteflash for something along similar lines?

A graduated necklace will be less likely to flip and a better look for the $$$'s

I bought mine from DeeJay jewellers. It’s 13 tcwt and the centre diamond is .50 carat.
I felt that the graduated size was better because the diamonds you can see are biggest and overall less likely to flip. I put a pendant on mine to prevent even the occasional “flip”.
DeeJay are more a modest price point, the diamonds are definitely eye clean and sparkly. The necklace itself, 18 inches, has a substantial gold weight too.

Appreciate the input. I hadn't considered the flipping problem with tennis necklaces but upon further investigation, I found it to be quite a common problem. Hmmm, decisions. Thank you!!

Also, Bron357, I can't believe your center diamond is .50 carat because it looks much bigger, closer to .75! Your necklace is gorgeous, too. Thank you for the inspiration.
