Hi everybody,

February 1st I joined this website knowing virtually nothing about diamonds...Two months later I''m engaged and the woman of my dreams is thrilled with the ring that the good people of pricescope helped me pick out. I just wanted to thank you all again for your help and patience. I also wanted to post a couple pictures like I promised after I ordered the ring.

Also, thank you for suggesting Brian Gavin Diamonds. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a ring (especially guys who have no idea what they''re doing). Brian and Leslie were extremely helpful and patient and my fiancée is really happy with the ring.

Thanks Again! (Sorry about the picture quality. I used a cell phone. I''ll post a photo that BGD emailed below.)

I forgot that I took this one too...We sent the ring off to get re-sized today (I knew her class ring size, but apparently her left ring finger is smaller!), so unfortunately I can''t take any more hand shots at the moment.

I appreciate all of your kind words. This forum was incredibly helpful. I''ve already started recommending this site to friends who are thinking of getting engaged soon.

Congratulations to you and your fiancee, totally lost! I remember your search for this diamond, and you chose well. Thanks for coming back and posting photos. The ring looks perfect on her - more photos, please!

it''s beautiful! congrats on your engagement, and congrats on picking a stunning ring!

It''s a beautiful classic design. Oh, it must be killing her to be without her ring! but I''m sure they''ll resize it as quickly as possible.

I agree with you. I think Brian & Leslie are the best.

Gorgeous! Congratulations on your engagement!

DiamondCat, thank you. And you''re right, my fiancée has really small fingers (like "statistically unlikely-small" I think) and her ring size is 3.75.

I''m on a grad student budget and I felt kind of bad (when I was picking out the ring) that I couldn''t get something larger, but, in hindsight, I think anything much larger than 3/4 ct might have even been a bit too big for her finger, so I''m happy with the way it turned out.

She was just getting used to wearing it (we''ve been engaged for almost two weeks) so I know she misses having it while it''s being re-sized, but it should be back in a week or so and it''ll be nice to have it fit properly.

The ring that you chose is a classic beauty! It looks amazing on her delicate hand. Congratulations to you both on your engagement
