Thank you, PS! My new Whiteflash 1.5ctw diamond bangle

I was incredibly fortunate to be one of the five winners of the holiday contest for $1,000 gift certificates. Thank you so, so much Pricescope! This is such a special community and one that I am privileged to be a part of.

I decided on a diamond bangle from Whiteflash - my first ACAs! I first ordered the 1 ctw version which was stunning but a touch too delicate for my liking. So I returned it (my fastest upgrade ever that's for sure!) for the 1.5 ctw which is just right. I absolutely love this bangle. When I use my hands it just sparkles away and is so fun to watch! And the folks at Whiteflash (who were amazing as usual, especially Liza and Vera) said that I can wear it with my watch without concern of it damaging the watch. Yahoo! I'll post here if I find that not to be the case in the future. But after a week I have no visible scratches on my watch so hopefully I'm in the clear.

I have a zillion pics, so I'll get on with it. We have many feet of snow everywhere right now so the light was blindingly white. Most of my pictures are overexposed as a result but hopefully you'll still get a sense of its beauty.

I looked at your thread a zillion times while I was deciding. I actually went with the 1 ctw originally because you have such incredible jewels and the 1.5 ctw looks so perfect with them - I was thinking that I should go smaller to have the same kind of proportion. But when I ordered this I told my husband that I now had the exact same piece as a woman with one of the finest collections ever (you!!) so I must be big time now! Your taste is exquisite.

I just thought I'd add this note: I tried on the beautiful Metro diamond bangle at Tiffanys. It is .67 ctw with 1.5 pointers for $6,200. For $5,500, you could have the 3 ctw bangle from WF with 16 pointers. The stones would be over ten times the size for $700 less! I love Tiffany for some things but I would definitely prefer to increase the size (and dare I say, even the quality) and go with WF for a bangle.

ME, TOO!!! I tried on that bracelet at Tiffany, but it my heart I know that WF probably has better diamonds in theirs. So when it comes to things like studs or basic diamond pieces such as this or DBTY, I just think it makes more sense to go with WF! I prefer things that are more recognizable Tiffany in design. (Such as I have had people recognize that my key pendant is Tiffany, for example.)
