I just wanted to say thank you to Celina, Lesley, Brian, and Vera at WF for helping make my diamond purchasing experience a wonderful one. After the engagement ring I had for 17 years was stolen, we spent several months looking for the best cut diamond within our budget. We went with a round 1.75 ct F SI1 "A Cut Above" and it is simply beautiful.
I chose the Vatche comfort fit X prong setting in platinum and although WF did not normally carry Vatche, they went out of their way to get me what I wanted and insisted that they set the diamond for me even though I preferred to just have it set locally and not bother sending it back again. That may have been the best advice I received! When I met with my independent appraiser after my loose diamond arrived, he also insisted that I have WF set my diamond. He has appraised thousands of diamonds that were set by many of the internet diamond vendors as well as the best jewelers in my area and he said WF does some of the best work he''s ever seen in terms of setting in platinum. He also encouraged me to use them for setting my diamond. Once the final piece was sent back to me, both the appraiser and I agreed they did another fantastic job.
