Even though you weren't aware of it, those mentioned above (and several others I didn't mention, sorry!) were instrumental in the design inspiration for my ring. So, THANKS!

And you got some great shots of it!

Wow, beautiful ring -- I love the thin band! Do you know how wide the band is?

wow...you guys are quick!

thanks!!! I appreciate ALL and ANY positive comments!!!
I'm VERY happy with how it turned out, the stone just sparkles like mad!! (Like one of my coworkers put it, "that thing sparkles from across the street!") It's all about the cut, baby!

i love your dainty looking band. Are you going to have a matching wedding band?

Wow. Beautiful ring!

How many mm''s is that band? It''s so thin!! Makes the diamond POP.

Cath-
The band is 1.7mm thin (the melee are 1 pointers). I''ve read that this might be too thin, but with a 1 ct stone, we wanted the band to be as thin as possible to give a greater noticable difference between the two.

mrssalvo-

Yes, the plan is for a matching wring. Haven''t decided yet between just one, or maybe two since the bands will all be just as thin. Any thoughts?

WOOOOOOOW! I absolutely love your ring!!!! Do the diamonds go all the way around the band?

It''s gorgeous! Congrats!

I would go for two, just like Kayla''s!!!

i love the look of kayla''s thin bands. i would go for 2

oops, forgot that detail! yes, it''s a full eternity style band

Just gorgeous. The 1.7 mm band really makes the center stone pop. It looks absolutely wonderful! Congrats!

I love it! Beautiful!

That is breathtakingly gorgeous....

That setting always takes my breath away when I see it. Even in different variations. It would look beautiful with 2 bands as a stacked look. Congratulations, wear it in good health.

I love it!!! (had to say it again). And I think the two eternity bands à la Kayla''s set would be very flattering with your engagement ring.

Your engagement ring is spectacular! What a beautiful stone (love the profile shot) and a fantastic setting!

Congrats on a gorgeous ring. It looks wonderful on your hand.

Of course, I could be biased... since for my 10th anniversary, I just ordered the Memoire set (both to re-set my diamond and for an anniversary band to be worn with my 3mm platinum band). Your pictures are making me so anxious for my set to arrive!

Gorgeous! Congratulations!

Wow, 1.7mm! I figured it was less than 2mm since the center stone really does pop like you wanted it to. I vote for two bands -- I think it would look great since they are all thin!

I love it!

so beautiful...the thin band indeed really does make your center stone pop like crazy!! I vote 2 bands too...mix and match ''em! Congrats

very nice ring.
