Finally got the ring.
Its a .75ct. VS2 Ideal G with strong florescence. The setting is white gold .5tctw. Not the greatest but I think its ok for a college kid...

Thank you! Best of all I got it all for $2864.00 not bad considering the Jeweler initially quoted me $6004.00 for a low spread .8 SI1 all else equal. I couldn''t have done it with out Pricescope and James Allen!

I would say you have no idea but I think everyone here does! I am most nervous about calling her father; going up there(he lives in a different town) and asking him for his permission/blessing on Tuesday. Her mother really wants us to get married and start making some grandkids so I might ask her first and have her come with me to ask her father(who likes me a lot but thinks we are a little young(22)), what do you guys think of that plan? BTW her mother and father are divorced but have a great relationship.
