The scholar, anyone see it?

Well, I usually try extra hard not to watch reality TV shows as they are just getting pathetic

. However, I saw this show tonight on ABC called "the scholar" about these teenagers who are really smart and trying to win a scholarship to the university of their choice. It''s pretty cool, they have to pass these tests and mental challenges, etc. They all have like 4.0 GPA''s and awards and such; real smart and together kids.

I''m glad there is finally a reality show that promotes intelligence and smarts! There are way too many shows now that teach people and kids nothing but crap; like makeovers and that becoming beautiful is the key to happiness. Have you seen the latest promo for "who wants to be a Hilton" ?!! what a load of crap! But this show is actually a really good idea, IMO.

anyone seen it? what do you think?

I didnt see it but it sound more postive then most.

I just hope they dont end up shwoing kids hooking up and all that nonsense.

yeah me too, they actually did have a girl that said one of the guys gave her "butterflies"

. but it does seem that they will stay away from all that
