Thinking of making a small change, thoughts?

I’m thinking of changing my channel set bead setting with milgrain to a pave setting. My jeweler said it won’t cost much to change. Looking for opinions. I wanted my engagement ring to stand out a bit more I feel like their is too much metal and I’m kind of over the matchy look. My wedding band has the same setting as my engagement ring and I am planning to leave that be. Here’s my set now.

I think it will look great - a plain band would also be a beautiful contrast (but probably is too much metal)
