I'm only posting it here-because if the shipping rules apply for them from those countries for other items as well:

"Hi Everyone

We can agree that there is nothing worse than the last-minute stress of items not arriving.
We just wanted to let you know of the potential postage delay situation that is occurring all around the world incase you have not seen it in the news.
If you're like me, most of this years Christmas shopping will be online.
Whilst we may have the opportunity to go actually to a shop this year, I am not leaving it to chance.
Whether you are grabbing some gorgeous gems and jewelry off us or doing other online shopping, we strongly encourage you to do it in the coming weeks.
Most international and domestic postage services are experiencing significant delays and backlogs.
Standard shipping is taking longer with items sitting in distribution centers for weeks.
However premium shipping services like Fedex and DHL are still getting through quickly for now, so please try and opt for those services if possible.
Note for Australian customers, unfortunately USPS cannot send items to Australia because Australia has blocked it's borders to international mail (https://www.eseller365.com/usps-suspends-package-services-to-australia/), however the premium shipping services like Fedex and DHL can still be sent.
With under 10 weeks until Christmas now is the time to make sure you don't miss out on any gift ideas. If we can help with anything at all, please don't hesitate to jump on the live chat or message your seller directly.
Regards
Iris"

Wooooah. Blocked? Why blocking USPS? Interesting!

USPS Suspends Package Services to Australia Due to COVID-19 Outbreak

ByDave FurnessSeptember 3, 2021

You read that right, it’s September (now October) 2021 and USPS is having to suspend package services to Australia due to a new wave of COVID-19 outbreak spreading across Australia. Approaching two years since this virus effectively shut down the world and it is still causing disruption and death globally.
The latest outbreak in Australia has forced mail centers across the country to close amidst new lockdowns across the country. For this reason, USPS has taken the decision to stop sending packages to the country for the time being.
USPS will temporarily suspend some international services to Australia. This suspension is due to COVID-19 transportation cancellations and restrictions. Impacted services include the following:
  • Airmail M-bags – effective October 1
  • International Priority Airmail (IPA) M-bags – effective October 1
  • International Surface Air Lift (ISAL) M-bags – effective October 1
  • Priority Mail International (PMI) – previously suspended September 17
  • First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS) – previously suspended September 3
  • Commercial ePacket (CeP) – previously suspended September 3
  • International Priority Airmail (IPA) Packets – previously suspended September 3
  • International Surface Air Lift (ISAL) Packets – previously suspended September 3
USPS says that all packages which have not been processed by the International Service Center (ISC) will be processed as “Mail Service Suspended — Return to Sender”.
