Hmnm,

That was a link from comcast to good morning america.

Here is a link I got directly from the ABC website. Lets see if it works:

http://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=3945503

I just realized that the first video I posted was the full interview of almost 8 minutes. for some reason the second video is a shortened version of 4 minutes. Too bad, there was a lot of good stuff in the first video that is not in the second. But the second still shows the main point of it. Its just edited kinda strange compared to the first.

Her personality shined through more in the first undedited video than in the second one where good morning america edited it.

Wow, what an incredible story and an admirable woman.

Hudson - I couldn''t help but laugh when I read your Izzie quote - especially on this this subject!

LOL I updated that within the past hour, I forgot I posted it.

I actually just lost some weight so eating butter (while tempting if it''s mixed with cookie dough ingredients) is not a priority.

How awesome for her!

Without knowing the full story though, I''m curious to know if she replaced one addiction (food) with another (Internet). From what I''ve read people with addictive behaviors can have success in one area when they find a new object of addicition. There have been articles about overeaters having gastric bypass surgery and then replacing that need for food with excessive drinking when they could no longer overeat as they had been accustomed. As someone who spends a lot of free time on the computer I certainly can''t fault her for her new past time, I''m just wondering if meeting strangers on the Internet helped her heal some wounds or if the act of surfing/reading/posting/chatting has replaced the obsessive need for food.

Very true Heidi. And what sort of relationship is she cultivating with these people. How can she build relationships and feel valued if it''s anonymous (as she stated). What are the chances of the connections she''s making becoming unhealthy due to this addiction issue?
