Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade to a 3 ct antique diamond - Old Euro specifically.

This one is $21,000. Should I pull the trigger?! It's a ton of money and I don't want to make the wrong decision!

Thanks in advance!!1679674809395.png1679674967131.png

Can you get a video and more pics? It’s extremely difficult to tell from just one pic.

there are a looooot of different flavors of OEC. can you maybe share more information about OECs you've seen and liked?

and share videos? if you're worried about it getting snatched, ask the vendor put it on hold

note on this one: you've got a very thin, fragile girdle on this stone. best suited for lots of prongs, a bezel, or a girdle polish to prevent damage to edges (if you are at all worried)

here's the full report so other ppl don't have to look it up..

I like OEC with the large cuts and open cutlets. (I think that's why I like this one so much!) It's also not too warm.

If it helps at all, I think it is a good price. I spent 25K 2 years ago on a 3.09 M VS2.

I've never regretted buying an OEC.

Is there a return policy? If so, buy it loose and check it out at home in various lighting conditions ...

If there's no return policy, then I would vote no on buying.

I know what stone it is, I can recognize the vendor.

Honestly, all of the facets under the table seem to go dark at once. Or only one facet under the table lights at a time - It’s not my preference for an OEC. It’s only one video in bright sunlight so it’s a bit hard to assess but I’m not in love personally

This one is much warmer, but livelier
