Thoughts on this Tiffany 0.42 solitaire?

I found a preowned Tiffany Solitaire that I am considering purchasing but was curious to see what you all think of the proportions? I've always wanted to own a small Tiffany solitaire, and since I can get it locally and for a reasonable price I was thinking it might be worth a try?

Proportions aren't ideal (41+ pav), but they arent bad either. Depending on price I might look around at alternatives (there are always tons on Ebay--obviously only consider ones w full paperwork and inscription on diamond--but it might be worth shopping around)

Also not a fan of the bruted girdle finish.
