They were in a velvet “Tiffany” pouch, although I assume they are not Tiffany because there is no stamp.
Brought them to a local jeweler and he said they are sterling silver, and the stones were likely crystal or cz. Being that this was based on nothing more than a quick viewing, I’m wondering if I should get a second opinion. I know nothing about jewelry, so I’m wondering if they would be worth getting a more thorough appraisal. What do you think?

In one of your photos which shows the clasp, it is marked 925 - which means it is silver.
If you do a quick search of FAS 925, you can see examples of this type of jewelry.

It is a pretty bracelet!

Adding to what Paisley said, sterling silver isn't generally used on modern, high-end diamond bracelets. Your jeweler's assessment sounds accurate, and those are nice bracelets regardless.

Agreed but they certainly are gorgeous!

Very wise to check them out. Real gold will be label 14k or 18k and platinum will be labelled plat 900 or plat 950, usually. Sterling is 925, as someone else stated, and bracelets with real diamonds would not be set in sterling. If something is totally unmarked, it is probably costume jewelry, but you definitely need to have any pieces you are uncertain about checked out by a reputable jeweler.
