Hi all, long time lurker and first time poster!
Wanted to introduce my new ER which I was fortunate to be able to pick out this weekend.
Surprised by my choice as the setting and diamond cuts aren't necessarily traditional but overall I think it achieves an elegant look and a lot of bling factor despite not being a large total carat weight. Suspect the ring was designed/commissioned by an individual but never purchased as compared to other stock rings that were available and price point was more conservative than expected for a commercial jeweler. Don't have the specifics yet but my guesstimate is that the center emerald is 0.95 to 1.05 carat, G/H color and no visible inclusions. No idea on side stones. Platinum setting.
Now onto the the obligatory photo shoot, ring needs to be resized from 6.5 to 4.5 but I took it home for a few days over the holiday weekend.
