Hello All! I got offered $75 at a pawn shop this morning and am disheartened. Is $1280 too much? I just lowered it a little....because I need to sell it to pay medical costs...

Any idea of a competitive price????????????

I figured they sell for $3800 and I have a copy of a valuation from Tiffany but to be offered $75 seemed hurtful.

Never sell your jewelry to a pawn shop! Find a good jeweler and ask them what they'll give you for it. You have to remember they always buy at wholesale so you are not going to get retail or near retail for your ring. Hope you can find the one who really wants your ring and is willing to pay for it.

And I just realized it is a size 8 (a bit big) and can't be resized because of the stones so that is probably why you are having a time selling it. Are there any Tiffany-Lovers boards online where you may have a better chance of finding a buyer??

I went to two jewelers as well, and I got $300 and $350 offers I was willing to take $1100ish but I guess that seems not viable. Thank you for the info- I will keep trying....

True about the 8, though Tiffany does put minimal sizing beads if asked, and someone you would think would be an 8 (or when stacked as I used the, they work a bit more snug...I am a 7, should have bought a 7 instead )....

Plus wholesale should still be about $500-600, no?

What a bummer to have no one wanting it for $1100. When all the ones on ebay (regardless of size) seem to go for a lot more. I am just feeling a bit unlucky....
