Tiffany Knife Edge Wedding Band with Set?

I'm engaged and recently bought two wedding rings to go with my vintage sapphire e ring. The 2 mm Tiffany knife edge in platinum I thought looked good with my unusual e ring and I thought I liked it stacked with my sapphire and diamond eternity, but now I'm having second thoughts. I want my plain band to be able to stand on its own and look good stacked with the eternity and e ring, as well as sometimes omitting my e ring and wearing the plain band with the eternity and also my great grandmother's diamond band. I'm now wondering whether I should have gone for a more flat band, or a wider one, that doesn't get lost when stacked. Does anyone have suggestions or opinions? I love the vintage, eclectic look and like not having the styles match, but am wondering if my plain band needs more presence.

I think the knife edge band might work well between two rings, but I would get another plain band that is wider when you want to wear it
alone. Your rings are very pretty!

I agree with DS. A wider band will look great with your e-ring when worn alone or only with your e-ring. Since your set has a vintage vibe, you might even look at a vintage band that has some engraving on it.

Your entire set is just beautiful. :appl:

I agree that it looks good between two rings. It also looks good with just your engagement ring (very pretty). A fatter/flater
ring would also look nice. Have fun stacking!

Thanks for your thoughts! Does anyone have an example of a band that would look good? I'm considering perhaps an antique orange blossom Traub ring.

Another thing to consider is comfort.
I have a Tiffany yellow diamond set in their knife edge band.
Didn't notice it at first, but now I find that ring uncomfortable to wear,
would have preferred a half-round instead.
Your mileage may vary.

This is exactly what I had in mind for you! I don't have a photo of one, but I am familiar with their bands and think that it would look great with your set or by itself. The antique engraving is delicious. :appl:

I don't think the knife edge band goes with your ER - I'm not matchy matchy, but there's too much of a difference between what's going on with the other rings, an it's distracting to me.

I'm considering both of these bands as my wedding ring and would want it to look good with my e ring as well as randomly stacked with the other two bands above. This would be my wedding ring. What are you opinions on these two? The orange blossom engraved one is only about 2.3 mm while the diamond eternity is closer to 3 mm. Thanks to everyone for your opinions! It's such an important choice as I'll be wearing it for the rest of my life.

Both of those band are lovely, personally I prefer the engraved one. Have you looked on Etsy at all? There are quite a few examples of the vintage type band, only problem is finding one the correct size!

Thanks! The engraved one is gorgeous but do you think it's wide enough at 2.3 mm to have a presence? Does anyone else have any opinions?
