tiffany metro ring [aka push present!]

little emily was born back in april. lucky girl has a diamond birthstone. to celebrate, i knew i wanted something diamond, possibly pink, but i wasn't sure what. the tiffany metro ring has been on my wish list for a few years now. i found out it came with pink sapphires, and it also came in rose gold. i tried on all the options at tiffany's, but kept going back to the white gold one. it was perfect. delicate. feminine. versatile. i can wear it alone. i can wear it with me e-ring. i can wear it stacked with my wedding band. for a split second i contemplated getting something similar custom made, but realized i loved the metro as is.

my sweet husband surprised me with it late last night.
