Timeline Talks (and a picture!)

So Kris had his second interview (third if you count the one over the phone) for the job in Los Angeles on Monday, and it went GREAT! After telling him that he was perfect for the job, the president or the company said they''d be checking his references and that they''d get back to him. But he still hasn''t heard anything! I''m going crazy on that front. Luckily, there''s another front to keep my mind occupied!

So I took him to dinner to celebrate having such a good interview on Monday night and while we were at the restaurant, we got on the subject of what him moving down here means for us, the future, etc. One thing led to another, and I asked when he thought we''d be getting married. He said Spring/Summer of 2010.

That means that my internal timeline was not totally off, and I can indeed be expecting a proposal by May of 2009. I know that sounds really far off to some of you, but having a timeline is going to help keep my LIW-itis to a minimum. I also told him about Pricescope, and he thought it was cute. I swear, I''ve never met a man who was LESS commitment-phobic.

Also, I''m attaching a picture of us, just because I can. This was at a wedding in Napa in August. Note: I am 5''9"...Kris is just a giant.

I''m 5''10" and DH is 6''5", I love that he''s so tall...but your guy has got to be what, 6''7-8"? Taller? You make a beautiful pair, btw!
