True Hearts vs Ideal Opinion

Good afternoon all,

I am in the process of picking out an engagement ring for my girlfriend, with the hopes of proposing to her in May while in Vegas for her birthday.
The setting I've decided on is this one in platinum...

The diamond will be princess cut, but I'm trying to determine if their "True Hearts" cut is worth the extra cost compared to an ideal cut diamond.
Here is the breakdown of the two diamonds that I was looking at:



I've been trying to do some research, and just want to make the best possible choice I can for her. In no way am I trying to be cheap, just want to make sure the $500 difference for cut is worth it.

Princess and other fancy cuts can't be decided upon or judged based on specs alone. You'll need to put them on hold and then link us to the stones so we can see performance.

Edit...I'm not sure if that D will be eye-clean upon close inspection. Did you ask JA if it is eye-clean and from what distance?
