Turquoise color help

[Chardonnay]

Hello, my oversea jeweler send me this before shipping to me. I noticed the color differences in my natural turquoise earrings. I need it in a rush for a beach wedding and they won't have enough time to find turquoise balls replacement for color match. I'm thinking to have this jeweler sending me match balls later, and I will have local jeweler replace. My questions are:
1. Do the color differences looks bad from your eyes views?
2. Could the local jeweler swap ball 1 to 3, so the color earrings match? What is the risk, is it a hard process? I don't know if the ball can be re-used after taken out.
