I've got 2 OEC's listed on DB. Looking to not let these languish as I've got my eye on some new goodies, so if you are interested, ping me via DB. Sometimes the messages are unreliable, so if you do not hear back from me within a few hours, please message here so I know to investigate, thanks..!

1) 0.75c just-shy-of-6mm transitional/late OEC. Beautiful patterning, white table inclusion. Perfect for a pendant. I have a 6mm bezel pendant I wear daily and have loved it for years, so this is a great size. Would fit in a stock 6mm setting.

2) 1.36c 6.9mm early OEC with high crown in a rose gold milgrain handmade BGD bezel. I thought I wanted a much bigger pendant, but this is just too much for me (I know sacrilege). Great 'flash for the cash' for this size...with the bezel the whole piece is almost 8mm, the size of a 2c.

I also have a pair of 4.2mm OEC''s that I have yet to take pics of and list but if you are interested in them, ping me and I can get off my duff and do it.

Ping me with any Q's!

Thanks for looking!!

GAH! Lady, I hate you beyond words right now. WHY must you post something expensive that I adore when I have so many house projects that come first priority-wise. How do you feel about a 3 year layaway program? :angryfire: :Up_to_something: :errrr:

Ugh I wish!!! Love the first stone :)

Sent you a message on DB :wavey:

Thanks Taylor, I think I got your message.

Turns out I am not getting emails only DB messages (I think)...

I also messaged you on DB.

Jill I responded to your message. :)

Mara, I sent you a message on DB also. Wondering what color the 4.2 mm ones are? Trying to find a match to my existing ones. Thanks!

Hi Mara,

I sent you a message on DB about the 4.2mm OECs a while ago, but I just got a message that delivery failed. I've tried sending it again - could you let me know if it worked, if the pair is still available?

Thanks!

Hi ...I did get a few messages on the 4.2mm's. They are not a matched pair in my opinion, they match in size but not in patterning, so depends on what people would want them for, aka earrings or sidestones. I also would consider selling them separately. I took some pics tonite, I'll post a listing tomorrow so everyone can see what they think.

Thanks!

Thanks!

The message failed again. I won't try re-sending just now, I'll wait to see your photos tomorrow :)

... having a hard time really showing the beauty of the 1.36c pendant in indoor photos, so I did a flower photo shoot. Flowers always bring out the best in diamonds. Here's a pic. I'll put up another one on DB, gotta remove one first tho...damn 6 pic limit.

And I'll get around to the 4.2mm's most likely this afternoon or tomorrow! Thx!

I know Heather, WHO AM I??? :naughty: I think I am just used to my .78c ACA .. I've worn it for so long. I thought I wanted bigger but I don't know. Also I think the rose gold doesn't work as well with my skin tone as the white gold.

Pendant is payment pending...!

The 6mm transitional OEC is still available, I am so surprised that I haven't gotten many bites on it as it's really an amazing stone! Maybe I need more pics, hehe. Considering offers!

And... I'm still slacking on the 4.2mm's. They are not a matched pair and taking pics of them is proving challenging. Hoping to get them up this week.

Thanks!

Hey Mara, are either of the smaller oec be good for an engagement ring? (not too included, nice color display)? My lil brother just got married and funds are tight with him, I'd love to pass on a stone he could make into a ring if possible. I would LOVE to get him that .75 OEC (I think it looks GREAT) but too pricey for a gift.

Just DB messaged you with a question...

Hey Mara,

I replied to your message on diamondbistro, but I know that my message to stargurl didn't get through. Perhaps if you could e-mail me, and I'll reply that way?

Please forgive my ignorance, but what is an OEC?

messaged you on DB.

Kajsa... an OEC is an old european cut diamond!

I only listed one of the 4.2mm's. The other one is harder to photograph. The one that I listed sold.

I still have the 6mm transitional for sale, make an offer! :naughty:

A few things I will list in the next week. I have a 4.5mm and a 4.6mm pair of old mine cuts in a cross over ring that I've been meaning to list. I need to get some pics of the stones. To me they are not a great 'match' persay but who knows because in the ring I think they look fine, I would only know if I looked at them carefully that they are slightly diff sizes/cuts. Both are old mine, one is an H/I and one is a J. SI2 grading. If anyone is interested, ping me and I'll get a move on the pics.

And I have a 5 stone OMC ring.. it's about 1ctw estimated, 18k gold shank, platinum heads, the shank is rhodium plated. I just got a larger 5 stone, so this one will be moving on.

Mara, I am very interested in the details of your 5 stone about to list (ie a cheeky little photo would be great) as I am looking into options for having one made, but thought I should look on the second hand market first and I love old mine cuts!

a quick pic of the 5 stone, will prob list it later today if i can get some time. i think it's larger than 1ctw but hard to get a read on the stones since they are set into little crowns (my fave type of vintage setting!). it's great finger coverage...but i like bigger! hehe.

(oops no pic before, so repost).

I am absolutely speechless at how beautiful this pendant is!
The 1.36c is a bit too big though.. I wonder how the 4.2mm OEC you have would look as a pendant.
Maybe I can finally have my first OEC
Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but it looks like a fixed bezel with miligrain rather than a barbara with miligrain?
Also, what is the setting of the pendant in your display picture?
By the way, I love the way you photograph diamonds! The flowers really bring out the colors and textures, just... wow!
