WTB Ugly Duckling?

hello all!
Some of you may know my continuing saga with my Toi et Moi ring. She is now bereft of her diamond (which, due to a fragile chipped girdle, is now sitting in a pendant to prevent further deterioration). In the meantime, this lovely old ring sits lonely.

I’m looking for a wonky, roughly 5 to 5.5 mm natural old cut diamond in any condition, in any color, with clarity preferably clean-ish just at the center but happy to have inclusions all around the sides. Caysie refers to this kind of a stone as an ‘Ugly Duckling’ and that’s fine by me. The majority of LoupeTroop listings are beyond my reach so I thought I’d put out feelers here and see what 2019 brings.

Anyone have a stone that they consider homeless and/or homely?

I'm sorry to be so dim, I hadn't thought about that very much. I suppose $500-$600 is a good place to start for the diameter size. Wonky OMC or OEC would be great. I don't expect miracles! It's so nice of you to help. I sure appreciate your input.
