Uh Oh - Is This Going To Get Ugly? (Tacori related)

Hey guys, so I have a quick question. I just dropped my diamond off to be mounted on my Tacori ER setting that arrived today. I just noticed when I got home that my paperwork says "current size, 6.5" but I ordered a size 5 ring. Tacori, in their right mind, would not make a ring at a standard size and expect the jeweler to resize it to my specs would they?! I think someone goofed up, and I hate the thought of having a brand new ring that is "custom" resized that should have been built the right size the first time. I guess when I go back I will have to see if the salesperson put the order in wrong or what...but I know she wrote 5.0 down on the original form. Any advice on how to deal with this? With my current plans, I really don''t have another month to wait on Tacori to fix this...and I bet their answer would be "have it resized locally" anyway...grr!

WHEW - okay...panic mode is over - umm if there is a moderator with delete access please just remove this post. Sure enough, the guy just wrote the wrong size down on the paper...its really a size 5 (takes a deeeep breath)

I am glad it is the right size. I was going to say it sounds like your jewelery ordered it in the wrong size b/c each ring is made to order. Good luck with your proposal!
