update on the non-birthday proposal!

Okaaaaaaay so I figured a new title would be more suting!
so update from my birthday-non proposal! gift!
I had exchanged the BEAUTIFUL white gold bangle, tha tI didn''t think I''d wear, SO I returned it for a pink tourmaline/diamond ring..
but never felt "happy"...SO I brought it back last night...

for this!!!!!!! (it''s something I''ve been looking for FROEVER!) - a citrine stone with diamonds ! it''s beautiful, i LOVE it, it''s not TOO large (I think it appears a TAD larger in the pic) but the cut is wonderful, I see color everywhere! YAY!)

so, although were not engaged yet, he DID do well for my bday

I truly love this ring, because I guess to me, it has a magical feel to it, and I guess tha''s the next best thing to an engagement ring (ps. my bf USED to be so against larger colored stones, so I''m glad he loves this too!)

Curls, the reason I got such a great gift was because he felt he made such a poor effort last year, and he knew i felt disapointed ( i tried to hide it.. but i love him, so it was okay), anyways he personaly felt he NEEDED to make up.

so he rented a hotel suite with jaccuzi, etc... lovely dinner etc
and the gift
he is sweet.. now, the LIW status is getting a bit boring, yanno, time to be a BIW!

My finger sizes don''t have a large difference (between hands), and the ring is a bit large, so it''s great for both hands!
