Hey all!!
I just thought I''d post an update, even though I havn''t really posted much thus far...
My SO has had the date picked out that we where actually going to beging the search for our diamond, and that date arrived two weeks ago, unfortunatly, the vendor that we''re purchasing threw was on vacation until the 14th, so we just offically started our search this week! It''s all very exciteing, but stressful at the same time! It''s hard to make such a large purchase on something you can''t see in person!
We''ve had our vendor research some stones that mean the specs we''re looking at and he''s shared his opinion on the "best" of the bunch to us, sent me some more info on the stone, and now it''s up to SO and I to make up our minds!! AHHHH!!!!
I will say that I was very dissopointed in some vendors. I had one vendor that, even after two e-mails, and a phone call from SO personaly (where he actually spoke directly to the main man), did not feel it was necessary to respond to either of us in any way, how rude!!
Anywhoooo... more about the stone! We''re looking to purchase a diamond between .75 - .80, and my SO has picked out the Vatche Swan as his setting choice (he wants to have the final say in which setting we choose), which I''m thrilled about!!! However, nothing is finale yet, hopefully soon!!
This is all so exciteing, I can''t wait to be with him FOREVER and let everyone know, but nervewracking at the same time.... it''s not even my money and I''m a nervous wreck, lol. Okay, breath.....
