Updating the short visit... fun, but no sparkler yet.

We had a great time, spent a lot of time at the beach--the weather was perfect this past weekend--and at the pool at one of the resort hotels, his sister & BIL had rented a room. We had family time with his family and mine. I recently bought a new lovebird, and had been cage shopping....and he snuck the cage purchase by me! He''s a such a keeper...he doesn''t like birds, but is making every effort to "like" my new lovie.

He has a pic of the ring on his cell phone, and I think he''s been showing it off to everyone except me... I refuse to look until I can have it for keeps!

Just before he left he made mention of "little surprises" and I felt my heart ker-thump in hopes of a random, casual, yet somehow sweet proposal at the airport.... but nothing. Ah well.... LOL Turns out he''s been hiding money around my house. I discovered a bill in the book i''m reading, and one tucked into the swimsuit I had hanging in the shower. He says there''s more, so I have to be careful of how I clean...heheh...


Oh the suspense is getting to me! It could happen at any point in these next couple months!
