uploading pictures

i have read all i can about posting pictures and it''s stil not working. the files are the correct size. When i go to attach it and click on the file, i get a long file name like c:\mydocuments\dib\desktop\ and then the name of the file. i think i can''t upload because of the backslashesbut that''s how it''s telling the computer where to find the picture. how do i try and upload it and get rid of the C:\ info???

it is telling the server where to find the photo...that''s how it is supposed to look because that is the location of the file.
if you are certain the pictures are the correct size, you need to make sure that your filename is very unique and that there are no symbols (%^&$) in the filename.
