I know that feepy posted this question the other day and we have very similar dresses, but we are looking for very different veils. I went and tried veils on and seemed to like the cathedral length (trails just beyond my train) and a drop veil, but I am not sure if a totally simple cut edge or a lace edge would look best. I am kind of liking the idea of lace just on the back part of the veil that will trail behind me, but am not sure if that will go or not (my dress has lace appliques that are kind of hard to see in the pic I think)

What do you all think?

THis is what I had in mind when I mentioned the lace in the back only, except I would like mine to be slightly longer than my train...

Or this, but as a drop veil...

Simple cut edge like this? Or something totally different? Any ideas are welcome!

Love your dress!

I''ve posted 2 topics asking for help, and what it really boils down to is what you want. I had a lace edged one, but ended up choosing something different. To me, veils are a really big deal, so I wanted to choose one that was pretty and went with my dress. Pretty much any veil goes with mine (there are no details that would compete!) and yours looks the same. I think the lace edged one you said would be lovely.

Your dress is very similar to the Pronovias Diamante, which is what I have. I have two veils, one catherdral length with lace going all around the edges, and another one that has been custom made (exactly the same, but a shorter two tier) That way for the wedding ceremony I will have three tiers, but once its over I can still wear the two tier veil all night. I don''t have pictures but I will post eventually.
