Vendor who'll set outside stones

I'm interested in resetting my WF ACA in a pave setting. I love Victor Canera's Julia w/ diamond prongs:

They have this setting in stock, so I was hoping they could set my ACA, but Nathan at VC emailed me that Victor does not set outside stones. Can you recommend vendors who create hand forged settings with beautiful pave work, and who will hopefully set my WF diamond? Thank you!

That's a beautiful setting! For hand forged settings w/gorgeous pave work I definitely recommend Maytal Hannah. She would do a beautiful job with that setting and she is so easy to work with.

Steven Kirsch does beautiful hand-forged work and I believe he often sets outside stones.
