Victor Canera Emilya round halo setting with cz

Regretfully I am putting up this setting for sale. It was made for my new stone but relised the halos just aren't really for me at this time. This setting comes with a 3.2ct CZ that Victor set into the setting and I haven't removed it. In all honestly this ring has hardly been worn, I have tried it on from time to time but it goes straight back in the box. It is in perfect condition.
Size 8.75
Single cut melee
2.1mm shank
Diamond going 3/4 around shank

I would like to know what size stone would fit in the setting and how much can it be sized down?

My stone size is 9.45 x9.53 x5.81 just to give you some idea, however I will email Victor and hopefully he will be able to give me a better guide of what would fit. I will do the same for the ring sizing however I believe there is not much room for resizing as far as he advises.
