Selling my old setting for my stone because I really prefer Y G on my hands/wrists. (Title was supposed to say IRID /platinum but I didn't notice the autocorrect....)
Here is the info from Loupetroop (but it is also on DB):
This is a true vintage platinum setting of 10% iridium/platinum combination. I think this mix would put the ring from the 40's-50's. It held a 7.6mm stone with no problem and could probably hold something a little larger or smaller. The side stones were estimated on appraisal at .25ctw G-H SI diamonds. It is currently a size US 6 and easily sizeable. There is one small mark from unsetting the stone on one prong (picture 5), and that can easily be polished by your jeweler when you have it set. It will need some prong work so I have allowed for that and the polishing in my pricing.
And pics:
Plus a few from my archive folder when it was set with the diamond:
You can message me from LT or DB if you have any questions.
