Haha vintage because it's cheaper! How much are you looking at selling yours for? I think 18ct might be too expensive for me.
I found one this morning on eBay, but it is only 17", unfortunately. The starting price per gram is EXCELLENT though!!
eBay item number: 174328075007
I have a yellow gold flat s-chain that is 23 3/4 inches, and is 4.47 grams. 14k, Italian, spring ring clasp. It's in great condition, no kinks. It's only 1.3mm thick, so it might be too delicate for your pendant, but let me know if you are interested.
@maryjane04 Here's another chain.

I have an antique chain with lovely bullet clasp that is either 51 or 56 cm long. It is unfortunately too long for me. I will measure it for you, once I am home
I think it said either $950 or $995. I don't know why it's in the "Backroom" now.....but the links are gorgeous!!Thanks Sandy. I looked but couldn't see the price?
Ha, me too with the “thick neck”.
Firstly, make sure of your pendants “bale size”. While a thicker, ornate chain can be beautiful, if the pendant bale isn’t big enough - bummer.
For better “bang for your buck” look at 9ct as well. Most preloved chains are priced according to their gold content.
Chain types for better “visual size” for the weight are belcher link and rope. I don’t recommend box link chain because if they break, you can’t repair them.
@maryjane04 I heard back from the store owner, the chain sold shortly after posting this morning. It was $950 for 23.5" of 14k weighing just over 17g. Darnit!!
