With full thanks and respect

Wer'e kind of more into jewlery and cut stones here rather than the rough so im not sure if anyone could give you an actual value
there is a lot of amethysts crystal for sale all over the place
We have several crystal shops in my small provincial city that have specimens of all sizes for sale - but things like this are grossly over priced in my country due to geography and shipping costs
Google might just be your friend on this one

But that's an amazing specimen you have there

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I saw you posted another thread asking the same question about diamonds. Please note that this is not the place to ask for monetary evaluations of any sort. If you are purchasing this material, I suggest you stop right there and educate yourself about minerals and gemstones, it will take time but might save you thousands.

If you are selling, go to a jeweller and ask for a quote. It will be about 20% of the retail price but that’s what you get when selling as a private to a business.

Good luck!

It only has value as a crystal specimen.
Amethyst, as a gemstone, is only semi precious. Most of the value in a cut Amethyst gemstone comes from the cost of the process of turning the crystal into a faceted stone suitable for jewellery.
Value of any gemstone crystal is determined by rarity, amethyst is very common, then the colour (even throughout and intensity - deep vivid purple is the preferred tone and hue) quality of the crystal (is it perfectly formed with no defects in structure) and crystal size. Crystal size determines what the largest resulting cut gemstone will be. Certainly huge individual amethyst crystals are more valuable because a huge cut gemstone can result.
Your specimen has small / average crystals so the cost of turning them into a small size cut gemstones is basically the whole value of the small cut gemstones.
By this I mean, having a gem cutter cut your amethyst crystal into a gemstone might be $200. The resulting value of the amethyst gemstone being like $200.
If it was a special piece to you, found by a relative or something, you might choose to spend the money to have a gem cutter turn all or part of the crystals to gemstones that you could then place in jewellery.
No one is going to want to buy the piece for cutting gemstones but plenty of people enjoy having crystal specimens and so worth $100 - $200.
