I had the setting made and then sent it to WF. It measures 4.5 mm at the shoulders, tapering to 2.8 mm at the base, it also has a much thicker profile at the top than the bottom to keep it from rolling around on her finger. It''s really heavy at size 4 1/2 in platunum it weighs 5.6 dwt.

She wanted something really classic, but also substantial (i.e. chunky) with a design that would stand the test of time. All in all, the setting turned out better than expected.

It showed up this morning to my house. WOW!!! It''s amazing; so much better than the pictures. Everything that has been said here about A Cut Above diamonds from WhiteFlash really doesn''t come close to defining how amazing they really are in person.

I just wanted to thank Bob at WF and Chris at AGA from making this just an amazing reality. I cannot say enough about what a relief it is to know how happy she is going to be about this. I couldn''t have asked for more..
