Hi. I just wanted to share the CS rings I have made in the last few years and that I love the forums here on price scope. I'll admit I dont have the funds for the most spectacular stones, but I do my best for the price range I have :)

Starting with pointer finger..
1.Heated only circle ruby and diamond yellow gold ring
2.Burmese red cushion spinel in white gold with diamond accents

On middle finger...
1. 5mm HPHT treated yellow diamond with white diamond accents in white gold art deco style
2. Art deco style heated only 4mm blue sapphire with 3mm diamond accents on each side in white gold (second pic is to show more how the blue looks in real life because it comes out darker in photos for some reason)
3. Pear natural black diamond in 18k yellow gold

And my next project I am planning to set a rose cut opaque natural color green diamond in a wreath like nature type bezel setting :)dscn1698.jpg

This pic is mainly to show the real blue of the sapphire

Thanks for sharing your beautiful rings! The sapphire is my favourite! And I love the colour of your spinel!

You've done very well especially for a small budget! Love your spinel and wish I could do as well! :appl:

Wow! May I ask who made the Art Deco 4mm blue sapphire setting with diamond sides? Lovely collection of colored stones

Hi. The sapphire, spinel, and yellow diamond settings all came from mydiamondzone on ebay, but they have their own website to (diamond zone), and a store in Chicago. They have the ring with blue sapphire in it to but I just got the setting so I could get the sapphire I wanted. I will say the sapphire did darken quite a bit once it was put in the setting since not much light can get to, but I still love it. The people at the store are very nice and respond quickly with every question I have asked them :)

They all look pretty spectacular to me. The mix of colors is perfect to go with anything too. Will need to check out the vendor for settings. I was going to say that all you need is "green" but noticed your next project.

Nice collection, thanks for sharing!

I have been eyeing the Diamond Zone Art Deco for some time, and it looks really nice with the yellow diamond.

DK :))

Lol well at least I know people are thinking the same thing about all I need is green :). I've been really liking rose cut diamonds for that rustic look, and really wanted a green color diamond (but are really expensive), also for price wise much much much less expensive lol..It doesn't have that normal diamond sparkle but it sill has a great reflective sparkle from the polishing like my black diamond. Here are some pics..its more of a green gray color depending on the background. it will be bezel set in the wreath band below :)

This project is also to match more with the black diamond ring I have.

I could be wrong, however, I believe that is also a Diamond Zone semi-mount, as I have been eyeing that one too.

DK :))

Thanks!

Very nice rings!! Also, I love the organic idea you're going for in the opaque green diamond look. That is so in fashion right now.

Thank you for all the nice responses! :)

What a lovely collection of rings! I also love the blue sapphire and spinel, and black diamonds are growing on me. Your ring looks beautiful! :appl:

:appl:
great examples of how modestly sized stones can pack quite a big punch. esp like the spinel!
also nice to see some of the DZ settings IRL -- its hard to tell from their ebay site how stuff will look.
can't wait to see the wreath project done.

You have a beautiful collection!!! Thanks for sharing. You made some great choices

5mm HPHT treated yellow diamond with white diamond accents in white gold art deco style.

This really works.

My favourite is the yellow diamond Art Deco ring; it just fits and goes to show that one does not need to spend $$$$$ for a nice piece of jewellery. It's all about a balance of all the Cs and sometimes, smaller can be better too. ;))

The wreath band should be here by the end of the week, and then it usually takes around 2 weeks for me to get the ring back from the jewelers, but that is for just setting the stone in the ring, since they need to make a bezel for it, it might be longer, but hopefully not :). Can't wait till this project is done, had the stone for a month now, which to me is a long time lol :).

I love your rings!!! The yellow diamond ring is perfectly dreamy!

Love, love, love that wreath band. I want one!

Thank you. I love your FCD ring, wish I could afford something like that hehe :)

My favourite is the yellow diamond ring, so bright and beautiful!

What a beautiful collection!

I just got my wreath band delivered today! Off to jewelers this Sat, and hopefully will be back in my hands after a couple of weeks :). I will post pics when it is done :)

My faves are the red spinel and yellow diamond rings. Do you have a thread or more info on these? I think I recognize the yellow diamond ring.

Hi. Yes I have one on my topics with my red burmese finally set and one for my yellow diamond. I am on my chromebook now which doesnt let me copy and past, but you can look under topics I started :)

Hi again. I realized I wanted a better pictures of my heated only ruby and blue sapphire ring to show how they both glow which doesn't do that in the recent pictures. I know that the blue sapphire does darken when on my finger compared to in the box., and same as the ruby.

Here they are

Hi again, Userrang :wavey: . I was wondering, could you comment on the quality of the mydiamondzone settings? By any chance, do you have any pictures of the inside of the gallery?

Hi. I don't have any pictures right now, but I think the quality of the settings are nice, especially for the prices. I know some of the settings can be thinner than others and my art deco style setting with the yellow diamond is thinker than the spinel and blue sapphire setting. But if you look at the prices for the setting you getting a great quality for what you are paying for. I do admit that the prongs on my red spinel I guess are more thinner than expensive settings but it seems fine for my little stone. I can try to take some pic later but I need to charge my camera battery :).
