Watching diamond education videos on Pricescope

Hello - I am a newbie consumer member with only a few posts. When I was trying to watch a video on your page (I wanted to learn about 'head obstruction') it said I needed to be 'logged in' to see the video. I was already logged in. The same thing happened when I tried to watch the other instructional videos. Any guidance or comment on this would be appreciated.
