Wedding band !

What do you think? I never saw anything like it, but I just had to get it. I wanting a wedding band with substance, that could be easily worn alone and look pretty and special.

the design is only on the top half of the ring, the bottom is white gold, which I like this because this gives room for my FI to engrave it.

the first pic is most representative of the color of the ring, the other pics make it look more dark, which it really isn't.

Gosh! I love it. I love the graphic pattern on the wedding band and it really allows the eyes to move about between your lovely oval and the band itself. I think they look spectacular together! Very unexpected and refreshingly beautiful.

I got the band at Jareds, it was a right hand ring. The sales lady said it was a Jared design, however, I cannot not find it on their website or anywhere online for that matter. The diamond weight is 1/4 carat and I dont know any other specs on them, when I saw it I knew I had to have it. (bad for negotiating, but oh well, I starting to think I would have to spend $$ on something I didn''t even want)

My FI likes channel set, and thought this band took away from the gorgeous solitaire oval he surprised me with. However, I think this ring is so different from the Ering that it creates more of a contrast and makes the oval and solitaire setting pop even more!

FI is the kind of person that thinks everything has to match perfectly, like if you are wearing a black you can''t wear brown (what does that even mean) or if you are wearing jeans, you shouldn''t wear a blue shirt LOL! How he picked such an amazing gorgeous oval diamond and perfect classic setting that suits me perfect as an Ering surprises me everytime I look at it (yes he had no advice from anyone and we never discussed diamonds, other than one time in response to his looking at diamonds for a bday gift and calling me to comment on how ridiculously expensive diamonds are. I was like yeah, I heard buying diamonds are like buying a car, don''t pay sticker and do your hmwk, and leave the diamonds for SPECIAL occassions, hint hint, we were in college at the time and I hoping he was saving for the real deal lol)

THANNKS EVERYONE for your comments, I knew that I loved it, but was a lil nervous about it being so different from what people are getting nowadays. Now I know anyone who says anything negative about it, is just jealous! As for the FI, he is happy I found something I love and if we always liked the same things then that would be pretty boring
