Is anyone else guilty of watching wedding shows? I like "Rich Bride, Poor Bride" (may be a Canadian show, not too sure) and "Say Yes To the Dress". In fact, I''m going to work out right now while watching a bridal episode of WNTW and I''m strangely excited

I''ve also been known to peruse the bridal magazine section of Chapters. But only when I''m there alone! It''s my secret guilty pleasure.

Anyone else? Tell me I''m not alone!

(Really, I don''t know why I''m even so into this stuff since we''re strongly leaning towards a destination wedding somewhere warm -- which means I won''t be nearly as involved in planning the details as I would be with a traditional wedding!)

I''m guilty!! I LOVE Rich Bride Poor Bride, who''s wedding is it anyway, Married Away, Bridezillas, etc etc! If it involves a wedding I love it. And this was way before I had any idea I''d be getting engaged anytime soon. Its fun to watch and get ideas for my own wedding but also realizing some people have horrible weddings!

If you get the Style network, I suggest you watch Married Away, its all about destination weddings.

I especially like Rich bride poor bride because it tells you how much they spend on the wedding so it really puts the wedding costs in perspective.

I haven''t been reading bridal magazines yet, but I have checked out a few wedding websites and local venues they recommended. I have to leave something for when after I get engaged and then I''m allowed to be obsessed!! :)

200% guilty. This strange addiction to these TV shows started right after I met my boyfriend. These shows are what made me decide that I want a destination wedding!

I''m totally guilty, but more on the magazine front than the TV shows. I occasionally watch "Say Yes to the Dress," but I haven''t seen the other shows. One of my roommates is engaged, and she has a million bridal magazines sitting on the coffee table, so I read all of them. It definitely does not ease my LIW symptoms. I also do "research" sometimes on theknot.com under the guise of "helping" her. I think I''ve actually been pretty helpful to her, but she has asked me how I know so much about wedding planning. I just respond that it''s my years of experience as social chair of various organizations, which is true, but I definitely leave out the extensive Internet and bridal magazine perusing I do.

Ive been reading the mags since childhood. Not so much anymore, though...the stuff doesn''t really change.

I made FF watch "Say Yes to the Dress" today during the marathon. He HATES Elise.

ETA: One of my good friends is getting married next June and I'm a bridesmaid, so I've been using that as an excuse to look at everything...Plus, I make wedding cakes for friends, so I use that as an excuse too!!

Guilty! When we go grocery shopping, he gets a magazine of whatever and I get a bridal mag. If I don''t pick one up he wonders why. LOL... Then we get home and I cut out pics and put them in my "idea binder". FF doesn''t mind one bit. That''s why I love him.

I watch Whose Wedding. They used to have it on OnDemand (comcast) but they took it off!

I love Say Yes to the Dress, A Wedding Story, Bridezilla, and Platinum Weddings, among other shows. I also can''t stay away from bridal magazines. I treat myself to one or two every now and then. I am feeling much better about it now that I know an engagement is looming, but I have been doing this for a long time.

Wedding shows are definitely one of my guilty pleasures! I LOVE them. Also wedding websites like theknot.com and just googling pictures of cakes and flowers and stuff. And I''ve been into this stuff for years too, not just when I found out that a proposal was imminent. I just ADORE wedding stuff!

Ohh!!! Meeeee tooooo! I was home sick a few months back and randomly stumbled upon this show. Then I found out to my JOY that it was a MARATHON! The BF came up from his office to check on me and was like "hrmmmmm...what''s this?" haha... but he watched a few episodes with me. He''s a sucker for good reality tv drama.

No, I''m a freak of nature. I don''t really watch TV (don''t have one in England but even before I never really watched it) and almost never buy magazines. I''ve bought one bridal mag ever and that was because it had practical/legal information on what needs to be done to get married in England.

I''m sooooo guilty of watching just about EVERY wedding related programming on tv... I even changed to a different satellite channel "plan" or whatever... b/c the original did not have WE... and I LOOOOVE bridezillas, platinum weddings, rich bride poor bride..... great stuff. Although, I am not into wedding magazines because they''re all ads.... they just don''t give me the same thrill.

BF Loves when I watch this stuff to on Saturday afternoons--- I''m COMPLETELY entertained and out of his hair for the duration of the shows.
