I just need to squeal with delight at someone for a second! I feel like everything in my life is coming together and I am just so excited for the future!
My e-ring is being custom made and is almost done so I know a proposal is right around the corner. Plus we kinda tentatively set a date already for our wedding cause we''ve been talking about it so frequently. 6/4/10 in case anyone is curious.
Also, My FF and I were just browsing on the internet and came across a house that was just too adorable so we just took a drive to see it since it''s only about 5 minutes from the house we''re currently renting and OMG it is soooo cute! And completely affordable! Needs a coat of paint and some new landscaping, but the curtains in the windows were slightly pulled back and the inside is so cute! Hardwood floors, crown molding, new appliances, and a HUGE back yard! It has a huge patio/deck in the backyard which would actually need to be re-done, but still, it''s super cute. And it was built in 1921 so it''s definitely got that vintage charm that I adore! But it''s been upgraded too.
We just emailed the realtor requesting a showing of the inside of the house for maybe sometime this weekend. And it''s in the neighborhood that we already live in which is great because we''ve lived here for the past year and I''ve grown quite attached. Mostly older homes (1920s-1950s) with picket fences and huge trees lining the streets and it''s just very charming. It''s referred to as the "Old Town" part of the town we live in and it just has a great feel and a great history to it. I love it!
Also we just got back from a great 10 day vacation with FF''s family and I really feel like I''ve gotten to know them better and I feel closer to them. We''ve been together for over 3 years, but this is really the first time we''ve spent an extended period of time with his family, and although they drove us slightly insane, it was still nice.
I''m just super happy and I can''t believe that things are starting to come together like this at such an early time in my life but it all feels right and I am so excited for the things to come! And FF is super excited too! Which makes it all the more exciting!
