First off, thanks for everyone''s help regarding previous questions I had posted re: asscher specs. I''ve enjoyed reading all of the other posts re: engagements and rings, so I thought I''d share as well.

The proposal:
We got engaged over Thanksgiving weekend while in Paris.

On our first evening, we had just finished warming up with some hot chocolate at an outdoor cafe at Trocadaro Gardens, across from the Eiffel Tower. As the lights on the tower started sparkling, he popped the question. Couldn''t have been more surprised (and happy)!!

I was able to take a couple of pix with my digital camera, but they don''t catch the true amount of sparkle.
