HIP HIP HOORAY!
Last night Derrick took me to Saulsalito (sp?) for dinner at the quaint little Italian restaurant. There was a live jazz band and little white lights lit everywhere. After dinner we went for a walk along the water to look at the lights of San Francisco from the distance. We had a great time talking, holding hands and being extremely lovey dovey. After sitting on a bench for a while, Derrick asked if I was ready to go. I said sure and as we started to walk off, Derrick gets on one knee and asks me to MARRY HIM! I start crying and I think jumping up and down. I was shocked. He said he wouldn''t happen until after New Years. I am glad he couldn''t wait any longer. I am SO happy!

Mrssalvo- Boomer is a very good boy and will sit with just about anything on his nose. He doesn''t eat the snack until we say okay, so I knew the ring was safe. Hee hee!
