Does anyone know what WF responce time usually is via email? Its my perfered method of contact, email that is, and it seems they been very slow to respond. Is this common or just a busy time? Just asking a question. Thanks in advance!
 
Yes, this (slow email response/communication issues) have been mentioned before for WF, including me. No company is perfect - even if their diamonds are. I have never heard them say they weren't very busy, and they get tons of emails. Direct phone calls work when there is a critical issue. Still recommned them- nice folks, great diamonds, good prices.
 
oh I am using them forsure, but I wish it was jsut a bit quicker

I worked with Denise, and she always got back to me the same day or by the next morning. Her email is [email protected]. Give it a try!
 
Well I have found their response time to vary from same day or next day to over a week! I''ve been trying to get a quote from Denise for over a week now....still waiting. But I assume they are busy or don''t want to make my ring!!

update they got back to me. I am just so excited about replacing my diamond!!!!

Hi Whitefoot and Rascal, timely contact is very important to us. I hope you can verify my records or let me know if there is a problem with our server.

Whitefoot, I show 9 emails out to you since Oct 13 according to our records - 2 from earlier today. I hope you will please PM me (or call us immediately) if you are not getting these emails. If they are not reaching you we have technical issues that need to be addressed. Any help is appreciated.

Rascal, I show an email out Friday acknowledging your quote request from Thursday. I know Denise was able to get information Friday, but apparently the info did not get to you (our server?). She resent it a few moments ago. I hope you will check to see if it arrived.
