Okay, planners among you: We''re on a 30 day countdown and I am convinced that I have forgotten to do at least something. Here is a list of what is done/finished/completed/not-going-to-worry-about-it-anymore stuff:

Done:
Dress, shoes, underwear, veil, makeup
Tuxedos ordered
Photographer booked
Florist booked and flowers picked
String quartet booked
DJ booked
Gifts for bms, groomsmen, grandparents, and parents ordered
OOT bags and supplies purchased, not yet put together
Programs ordered
Favors ordered
RD planned
Brunch planned
Officiant booked
Vows written
Menu chosen
Alcohol chosen
Wedding bands purchased
Registered
Wedding day jewelry purchased
Dresses for RD and Brunch
Hair, makeup, and nails booked
Cake ordered
Marriage license - can''t get it until we are home for the wedding

What am I missing?!?!

It''s late so I can''t think of much but the only things I think of at the moment are:
Gifts for the ring bearer/flower girl and groom.
Any accessories for the groom.
Also, maybe make a list of what you need to bring to the ceremony: are you using your own cake cutter or wine glass (if you''re drinking wine in the ceremony), etc..

Looks like you have it all together!

Looks like you have everything covered. What I missed was my luggage once we arrived at the hotel. No one loaded it into the limo. I was so busy saying my goodbyes, and farewells, didn''t think that my luggage would be forgotten. But it was, so make sure someone takes care of that detail!!

I agree. Make sure you have people designated to get your stuff from one place to the next. I don''t know WHAT I would have done without people who coordinated the "passing of our bags."

I don''t know that you are missing anything, but I have a recommendation. We had disposable cameras on every table. We weren''t sure whether it was a good idea because a lot of people just take photos on their own digital cameras, and we didn''t know how it would be received. But I am SO glad we did it. My mother developed the photos while my husband and I were on our honeymoon and put the pictures in albums and everything, so when we visited my family after our return, we had over 400 pictures to look at! (A LOT of them ended up turning out nicely). They are so fun because our guests photographed funny things we didn''t even know about. Plus, I am happy to have the pictures in hand since our pro pics won''t be back for a little while yet. If it is in your budget, and you have camera happy guests, I would suggest it. We got our cameras for like $2.50 each. So developing was the only truly pricey part.

I''m not sure what you''re doing for your honeymoon but is that all taken care of? Do you have plane tickets, car rental, hotel/resort confirmed, etc? EVen though it''s too early to pack for the actual trip, maybe you could make a list of what you''re planning on bringing. I like the idea of placing someone in charge of taking care of your bags and making sure that things are where you need them. A friend of mine was so busy packing for her OOT wedding that she sort of forgot about packing for her honeymoon. They weren''t leaving for a few days after the wedding but it caused a little stree when she realized that she still had more work to do ahead of her.

now is the time to start making lists.

stuff to pack for hm
stuff to pack for wedding day
stuff to pick up from wedding reception

lists really helped me out!

Yes!! I love lists! I would also start calling your "booked" items to verify that everything is correct (time, place, etc) and that the deposits and payments are all complete (hopefully you got them in writing in case someone wants to argue.) Also, these "ordered" items, make sure that they are going to be arriving in time to allow for any put together time they may need. The menu needs to be checked about one week out to make sure there are no changes being made to it (if that matters to you). Are you doing anything else for the ceremony besides the vows? Unity candles, etc? They just aren''t listed. I am also going to go with everyone else and say that a responsible person needs to be in charge of the "here to there" stuff - probably not someone that is part of the wedding party.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The advice to designate a "here-to-there" person is great - I am going to call my Aunt and ask her to be my go-to girl. Fortunately, we are having our ceremony and reception at the same resort and FI and I are staying at the resort on Friday night (well, he''s staying there. I am NOT staying on Friday night) and Saturday night. So *hopefully* there will be not too much of here -to-there transportation - mostly flowers from the lawn (ceremony site) to the ballroom (reception site).

And no honeymoon for us until later in life (unless you call second year of law school a honeymoon!

). I wish we had the time to take one now, but at the same time, it is nice to have one less thing to worry about.

I am working on my lists - which have gotten totally out of control. Seriously, I think I scheduled all bathroom breaks on my list for the actual day - as if I can control this!!

Thank you again and please let me know if there is anything else I should be thinking of!
