Just wondering what stones most people are buying and what colour of tourmaline is in high demand...

Definitely: glass, highly treated blue sapphire, and glass filled ruby. You will not believe how many people think they bought a high quality gem, but they buy some glass or highly treated gem.

By far, among consumers on this board, the most sought after colors in tourmaline are bright saturated teals, blues, and bright pinks.

For me personally, blue-greens, bright pinks and Rubellite.

The holy grail for me is a saturated watermelon in a 6ct+ EC or modified EC cut stone.
