What do you think about this heated sapphire?

There's nothing wrong with heated stones. This one, hoeever, is EXTREMELY dark. It will look almost black IRL. Is that what you want?
 
I can't tell from that spotlit photo; @lovedogs may be correct about the tone.

And it is so far away in the photo that we can not say anything about clarity, window, etc.

I do not know that lab to know if it a reputable "heat-only" call or just "heated-at-least and who knows what else?"

Appealing price for a nice face-up size in a 4.5-ct seemingly-saturated blue sapphire but there are too many variables with missing data here.
 
It is a suspiciously good price, so I think we would need better photos and videos to assess the stone. It does look very saturated but possibly over-dark.

Hard to say how it would look IRL.

I would definitely ask for hand shots in natural light.

I believe it’s reputable but the website says that the lab does not have beryllium testing
