So, my boyfriend is always telling me that a proposal is coming "soon." I know you all know there''s a big difference between boy soon and girl soon, so I have been thinking it''s going to be a little while.

A week or so ago, he said that I should keep the weekend of June 14 free because we would be doing something to celebrate our two-year anniversary. I started hoping that that might be THE weekend, but last night he told me that my proposal was coming "very soon," to which I (as casually as I could) replied, "like a month or two?" And he answered that "very soon" does not mean a month. Does this mean that he''s going to propose in less than a month, or should I not get my hopes up? I didn''t want to press the issue with him. I have so much nervous excitement going on right now!

Well the weekend of June 14th is just barely on month away! If my SO said something like that I expect something to happen either before or on that trip....but I''d also try not to get my hopes up to high just in case...although that''s much easier said than done....I''m sure I''d fail miserably!

What are you guys doing for Memorial Day? Hard to read men. Very soon could mean this holiday, or sometime before he gets grey hair. I''m hoping it means SOON

I would say there is a pretty good chance he will but may not want to make it obvious. I wouldn''t expect anything though - even if it doesn''t happen know that it will in the next few months for sure!
